The BPS EdTech Team will have a session of the How Do I Do That program on Wednesday, March 16 from 2:30-4:30PM at the Pine Glen library. The session will provide technology support from the BPS EdTech and IT Teams.
The session features support for ELA and Science curriculum integration. Work with curriculum leaders to develop hands-on activities using technology with math and science concepts.
Join us with questions regarding the evaluation process as support will also be available for the BPS Educator Evaluation system.
Members of the EdTech Team will be available for support with the ongoing BPS initiatives to use more Open Educational Resources and implement Remote Learning opportunities in our schools. BPS Remote Learning uses concepts of blended learning and digital resources. Remote learning is a great option for canceled school days. Students can continue their progress with coursework even when the school day is canceled because of snow.
BPS teachers can again bundle hours of participation at How Do I Do That sessions during the school year for Burlington inservice credits. Ten hours of participation will earn one inservice credit. Twenty hours will earn two inservice credits. There is a maximum of two inservice credits for staff members each year.
