Thank you to everyone who helped make the first New England Google Apps for Education Summit at Burlington High School a great event. Mark Wagner and his team provided two outstanding days of learning and sharing about Google Apps and technology in the classroom.
Keynote speakers Jaime Casap and Dan Russell began each day with inspiring and thought provoking presentations which provided a perfect setting for why we need to develop technology rich learning environments and how we can get there.
We hope that everyone who attended or followed #gafesummit on Twitter gained something valuable from the summit. We will continue to share with everyone what we are learning and experiencing here in Burlington and try to help other educators prepare for and build their edtech environments.
Please check out the event’s resources page which has links to an incredible selection of content, presentations, and ideas. Please also continue to connect with the educators from the event and stay tuned to our BPS EdTech Team blog for information about upcoming events in Burlington.
